Looks:
-thick curly brown hair that reaches to the bottom of her shoulder blades
-eyes are a deep green that gradient to a light green around her pupils
-dark olive complexion
-a slender, tall build [5’9”]and wide shoulders
History:
She lived with her mortal parents, a boisterous Irish woman and a traditional Italian man – and 12 brothers and sisters until the age of 9 when her peddler of a dad pawned her to a traveling witch when rough times fell upon the family. She lived with this witch until she sought up a plan of escape and has been traveling the world earning money by picking pockets and cheating men in various card games.
While living with the witch, she put a curse on Charlotte deeming her to live forever. But the witch fell in love with her as their time grew on and even though she could not reverse the curse she gave her the power to be able to manipulate any type of water with just her mind. Unfortunately, Charlotte did not have reciprocating feelings for the witch and ran shortly after being granted these powers.
She has come to this island with her crew to seek a cure for her immortality.
