LIFE
Infancy[0-2]: Born in the middle-to-upperclass of Germany's Munich, Winter was raised by two loving parents both trying to make ends meet and raise their only child successfully. Except for the fact Winter's mother, Abigail, was both a muse and banshee. The father Gustav was a human, but was fully aware of his wife's "situation" and went through all measures to protect his family.
Childhood[3-12]: Winter was a normal kid, she has normal friends, and led a normal life. Things began to change at around 12, when her mother's "condition" worsened. Abigail was a nurse, and her patients abnormally began to die. The hospital started to get involved, and slowly the local government. Young Winter didn't understand, but her father did. Her mother was accidentally killing people off, as banshee's can unintentionally do.
Adolescence[13-17]: At 13 Winter's father gave her "the talk". No, not that one, the one where you're parents explain everything you know is a lie and there's supernatural beings. Oh yeah, and you're mother's one. Winter showed no signs of "supernaturalness" until her mother was "put down". Her mother, the loving nurse, couldn't stand the thought of continuing to kill those around her. When she could no longer control it, and no cure was found, Abigail forced her husband to destroy her muse artifact; her chimes. Devastated after having to practically murder his wife, Gustav fell into a deep depression with his daughter. A few years after Abigail's death at the age of 15, she woke up to find her mother's chimes on her bed. Panicking she broke a mirror, and upon gazing into it found her hair graying and her skin turning pale. Knowing now she had inherited her mother's muse and banshee genes, she screamed running into her fathers room. He was dead. This was the first death she caused. Winter tried to keep friends after, and relationships alive until at 16 her bestfriend, 2 friends, and boyfriend died in a car crash. Winter was the only survivor. She's had no friends since. She tells people her paleness is caused by anemia, and dyes her hair to hide her true identity.
